About Us
The Primal Connection’s Educultural Outreach Program is designed to encourage cross-ethnic understanding and mutual respect by teaching percussion arts, cultural aspects of world rhythms, teamwork and the joy of making music to young people.

Primal Connection's Educultural Outreach offers the following programs:

  • The teaching of math, Geography, Sociology, art and music using percussion as a cross-disciplinary educational tool.
  • Educultural World Tour performances for schools, after school programs and public events.
  • Community drum circles designed to bring the races and generations together in the spirit of brother/sisterhood.
  • School Percussion Workshops and assistance to existing percussion programs.
  • STRESS REDUCTION for educators and health care professionals
  • Programs for special populations to include the mentally challenged and the hearing impaired.
  • Percussion classes for beginners that introduce students to a variety of world drums and playing techniques.
  • Drum therapy programs for Alzheimer’s, Autism Parkinson's disease, cancer patients, PTSD and stress reduction.
  • Troubled youth team building and aggression outlet programs
  • Substance abuse and addictions coping programs.
  • Aerobic and spirit lifting Programs to bring the healing properties of hand drumming into health care and nursing institutions.
  • AFTER SCHOOL and Summer Programs for children
